Dear Friends,
What a joy it was to see the parish hall packed shoulder-to-shoulder this past Sunday. Between the 8:00 and 10:00 Masses, more than two hundred of you sat down to pancakes, sausage, and that uniquely Catholic blend of conversation and laughter that makes a parish feel like home.
A special word of thanks to the Knights of Columbus, who arrived before sunrise to set up; to our youth group, who served tables with a cheerfulness no one should have at that hour; and to the many parishioners who quietly stayed behind to wash dishes and stack chairs. Your free-will offerings raised over $1,400 for our youth ministry — every dollar of which will go toward this summer's mission trip.
If you missed it, our next Pancake Breakfast is the first Sunday of next month. Bring a friend, bring an appetite, and we will see you in the hall.
